From a new brief to ongoing care
One client. A connected working day.
Imagine a website rebuild with a monthly care retainer. Here is how your team can manage it in Marque.
Agree the work
Keep the brief and contacts on the client record. Prepare a quote and send a contract for signature so the agreed scope stays with the work.
Plan the delivery
Create the project from a template, assign tasks and check team allocations before committing to a deadline.
Track time and feedback
Log hours against the project and review captured time. Give clients portal access to review files and leave annotations.
Bill for the work
Review approved time, prepare the invoice and offer card payment through your own Stripe account. Xero and QuickBooks accounting sync is coming January 2027.
Look after the website
Track uptime, SSL expiry and WordPress updates alongside the client. Keep support requests in a ticket queue and monitor retainer usage.
Review the relationship
Use recorded revenue, time and costs to understand profitability and decide what to change for the next project or retainer period.
Your team controls the approvals and handovers at each stage. Compare the plans for the features your agency needs.
A complete ecosystem
Stop stitching five tools together.
Marque connects every part of your agency — the client work and the client sites — so nothing depends on remembering to check a sixth tab.
CRM
Clients, contacts and the pipeline, in one place.
Projects
Plan, track and deliver with complete visibility.
Finance
Invoices, retainers and payments — all in one place.
Time
Track billable hours and keep projects on schedule.
Support
Resolve client and team requests faster.
Client Portal
Give clients transparency and control.
I built Marque because I was running my own agency across five tools that didn't talk to each other. Now clients, projects, time, invoices, support and our 100-plus client websites all live in one place. I know what every client is worth, what is overdue and which site needs attention before anyone has to ask.
Before Marque, our client work was spread across spreadsheets, inboxes and three different apps. Now quotes, contracts, time and invoices run from one place, and our clients can see exactly where their project is in the portal. We spend less time chasing and more time on the work we're good at.
Everything included
One platform. No duct tape.
Built as a single coherent product — not a stack of integrations held together with Zapier and hope.
Clients & contacts
Every client record, the people at it, the history, the files, and everything else in the app hanging off it.
Projects & planning
Tasks, Kanban, Gantt, templates and a resource planner that shows who is free before you promise anything.
Invoices & quotes
Quotes that convert, invoices that chase themselves, and a card payment link into your own Stripe account.
From GrowTime tracking
A timer, passive capture from the browser, and an approval queue before any of it reaches an invoice.
From GrowRetainers
Monthly hours or value, burn-down against what was actually delivered, and an alert before you are over.
From GrowSite & SSL monitoring
Uptime every five minutes, certificates before they lapse, and WordPress plugin drift across every client site.
From AgencySupport tickets
A shared queue fed by email and the portal, with SLA clocks that escalate when they slip.
From GrowClient portal
Their own login for progress, invoices, files and tickets — white-labelled onto your own domain on Agency.
From GrowReports & the API
Revenue, utilisation and profitability from the work as recorded — and an API to pull it into your own systems.
Not a mock-up
This is the actual product
Screenshots straight out of a running account, not an illustration of one. Everything here is a screen you get on day one of the trial.

Built to integrate
An API that belongs to the agency, not to a person
Keys are owned by the account and scoped per resource, so an integration keeps working when the person who set it up leaves — and can only ever touch what you said it could. Off until you switch it on, on Agency and above.
- REST over clients, projects, tasks, time, invoices & reports
- Per-resource read and write scopes, revocable one key at a time
- Signed inbound webhooks for GitHub, GitLab and your own tools
- Stripe payments · Xero & QuickBooks coming January 2027

Getting started
Start with one real client
Sign up
No card. The 90-day trial starts immediately with every feature unlocked.
Add a client
Or import them from CSV. Everything else in the app hangs off the client record.
Try your workflow
Run a project, log time and review an invoice. Connect a client site to evaluate monitoring before choosing a plan.
Pricing
One price per plan. Not per person.
Each plan includes a set number of seats, and one price covers them however much they use it. You only move up a plan when you outgrow them.

Moving your agency takes more than a signup
Try one client and one project first. Client CSV import gives you a starting point; historical files, projects and financial records need their own migration plan.
